The Health Clinic is a holistic
clinic, committed to the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual
dimensions of a person's health. In addition to the multidisciplinary
primary health care team that practices collaboratively and provides
holistic care to people who are marginalized, the Health Clinic
provides the following areas of specialty:
- Women's health, including prenatal, well-woman
and maternal child clinics
- Chiropractic care
- Dentistry
- Shared Care Mental Health
- Foot care
- Hepatitis C
- Eye Care
Poverty is one of the significant determinants of health, and many of the people served at CUPS require a great deal of care. The Health Clinic is a special place where anyone in need can go, knowing that they will be treated with respect and dignity.
