Simon struggled in school.

Simon was struggling in the classroom. At home his parents were struggling to pay rent and buy groceries. Often times it would appear that Simon was gazing off into space and missing out on activities and important information. Simon is a student at the CUPS One World Child Development Centre. A team made up of educators, a psychologist and a pediatrician worked with Simon and discovered that he was having seizures. With his condition diagnosed and controlled with medication, the team was able to help Simon be more engaged in the classroom and achieve substantial growth in his learning and development.
